Water level down none draining out at the weir. Loads of Coots. Young Heron, Mallards, and a Green Sandpiper.

Raining but went for a walk any way. Parked at end of Wendover woods. Saw Whitethroat in a rape field, Coal Tit. And Nuthatch. http://www.rarebirdalert.co.uk/ was reporting a Great Grey Shrike in the hills near Quainton, so I thought I would go and have a look. |
