I use the software PTGui to stitch the panorama pictures together, and then use the PTGui tool, to export them as a 14 faces set of pictures. The software includes the scripts necessary top display them. I created a basic php script to display any directpry of pictures I create rather than using the html page that PTGui creates.
The majority of them were created with my trusty Canon 20D camera with a Samyang 8mm f3.5 manual focus and manual aperture lens, which can be purchased on line for just over £200.
